BackPackerJobs connects WHV candidates and employers in Australia through job posts, applications, and in-app messaging.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
Each user is responsible for published information, account security, and proper use of credentials.
4. Prohibited content
Fraudulent content, fake profiles, illegal offers, spam, harassment, or misleading information are prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
BackPackerJobs acts as a technical intermediary and does not guarantee hiring outcomes or absolute accuracy of user-published content.
6. Applicable law
In case of dispute, applicable law and competent jurisdiction are determined under the rules applicable to the service.
